Torun is located in Northern Poland it is one of the oldest Polish towns. It is one of the best example of medieval gothic town (UNESCO Heritage List) It is the birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus (which is near our apartments) You will find here a lot of preserved historical monuments. Numerous museums and many tourist attractions.
The whole complex of Toruń Old City is very unique, consists of three urban sections:
Old City (1233), New City (1264) and the Teutonic Castle (mid. 13th )
It is a must visit to the cathedral and the Copernicus House; and taste gingerbread - a speciality
the city is famous for, Gingerbread is baked according to old recipes and methods dating back to the 16th century .

    • St Johns. Cathedral (Zeglarska Street) . cathedral of St John the Baptiser and St John the Evangelist,
      the oldest Gothic church in the Land of Chelmno , a place of baptism of Nicholas Copernicus. It has one of the biggest bells in Poland named .Tuba Dei. (.God.s Trumpet)
    • Holy Spirit's church (Old Town Market) . built in 18th century as an evangelist church
